We understand how hard it can be to host a party, espcially when you're the only one in charge of it. Don't worry because here are some questions we have been asked in the past that you might have as well. Please feel free to call us if you can't find your answers on here via phone or email.

What if it rains the day of my party?

Not even the weather forecaster can control the weather, which is why we will refund your deposit!
Can I extend my game play the day of the party?

As much as we would love to watch the darts fly all day, we will not be able to extend game play time due to other parties book the same day. Ask our agents when booking your party to help choose the party time package that will suit your needs.
How are you preventing the spread of Covid-19?

Every player must have a mask on during game play and only remove it once outside of the arena. We also ask that players do not trade their toy guns, vests and, protective eyewear with other players. After the gameplay has finished, alll players will place their protective eyewear and darts in a bucket of sanitation solution and vest and toy guns on a table to be sprayed down with solution as well. We also will have two sets of gear so one set will soak after use and the second set can be used for the next party.
What if I don't have a space big enough for an arena?

Another option is a park or recreational area, these places can also be great for having big parties. Simply provide us the city you live in and we will try our best to find a park within your city.
Can other players join in on the game play later on in the party?

Yes! As long as the player has a waiver filled out by their parent or legal guardian and, present it to the match coordinator. Also, the amount of players must be below the arenas capacity in order for the new players to join in the battle.
Can parents of the players join in as well?

There is nothing more exciting than battling your kids in a team death match so yes! Each parent willing to join the battle also must have a waiver signed before entering the arena. Happy hunting.
Does it hurt to play this?

This is a very interactive game play meaning you'll need to run, hide in cover and, take on heavy fire from the other opponents darts. The darts are also modified with Velcro tips which can sting a bit if tagged outside the torso area. But have no fear! its only temporary and the match coordinator will ensure all players are following the rules and guidelines to stay safe.
Can players use their own toy guns in games?

Unfortunately our policy only allows players to use our toy guns in the arena. However , players are free to use their toy guns outside the arena with their own styrofoam darts.
Can my kids younger siblings play with parent supervision?

Unfortunately we only allow players within the age requirement to join. But they can also cheer on their older siblings from the sideline.
